Here's a homemade Pizza Dough recipe sent in by Jon from South Australia.
1 1/2 cups of water
2 table spoons of olive oil
500 grams '00' fine Italian flour
1 teaspoon fine salt
1/2 teaspoon fine sugar
2 teaspoons of dry yeast
Toppings to taste, tomato, cheese, tomato paste, BBQ paste, cheese, pepperoni, pineapple, cheese, chicken, ham, cheese, and more cheese lol
1. Into my bread maker in the order as above which takes about 45 mins
2. I then transfer into a bowl that I cover and leave out for about an hour.
3. I then knock it down and form 4 portions.
4. Then leave out for another hour or two before using or then transfer into the fridge covered with cling film.
Last a few days in the fridge.

Another great pizza dough recipe is
1 cup self raising flour,
1 cup Greek yogurt
plus extra flour for rolling / if it's too sticky!!
It's so fluffy and so easy!
Doesn't need to rise either! You can use it straight away
Thank you for the tip Caroline :-)
